About the Role
  • Recruitment Marketing: Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  2. Talent Pool Management: Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates to meet future staffing needs.
  3. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.
  • International Hiring: The ideal candidate must have international hiring experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
