Product Information Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing product data, creating and updating product information, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product data in various ERP systems.
  • Create and update product information as per policies and procedures.
  • Respond to and process product modification requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to teams during standard operating hours.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any specialization.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Verbal communication skills with good articulation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work well in a team environment and take ownership of personal and team results.
  • Customer-centric focus to meet current and future customer needs.
