About this role

Job Summary

The Whole School Evaluation Evaluator will lead comprehensive, participatory evaluations across a large school network. You will design and implement rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods to gather rich evidence and deliver accurate findings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Synthesis: Gather classroom observations, student records, surveys, and documentation, and connect the dots to deliver accurate findings.
  • Pattern Recognition & Analysis: Identify trends and correlations within qualitative and quantitative datasets to draw well-founded conclusions about teaching, learning, and operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate trust-based constructive meetings with principals, teachers, and learners to gather insights, validate findings, and foster co-ownership of evaluation outcomes.
  • Report Preparation: Produce high-quality evaluation reports in English, outlining key strengths, areas for growth, and actionable recommendations.
  • Feedback & Presentation: Share findings with school leadership in a clear, solution-oriented manner – ensuring mutual understanding, buy-in, and commitment to next steps.
  • Sensitive Conversation Management: Handle divergent viewpoints with professionalism, impartiality, and empathy – managing sensitive discussions to maintain trust and respect.
  • Ethical Integrity: Uphold principles of neutrality, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive under pressure – juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and remain flexible in dynamic field environments without compromising objectivity.
