Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, providing tailored onboarding training and ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to onboard new vendors, ensuring seamless integration into the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve vendor experiences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building interest and awareness among target audiences.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize vendor performance, drive revenue growth, and inform business decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting professional development and career advancement.
  • Address vendor concerns, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Routine field visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide coaching.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed about platform updates, changes, and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in field sales, key account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mind, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in managing field sales teams is highly desirable.
