As a senior product designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You will transform complex workflows and information into user-friendly interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end user experiences that meet both user and business needs.
  • Apply human-centered design methodologies to analyze data and create workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
  • Participate in design critiques, reviews, and guilds to refine the design process and uphold design quality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of your design work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience working in digital product or UX/UI design teams.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth principles and UX research practices within agile development cycles.
