Job Responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of the shipping industry is required.
  • Sending drafts to shippers for checking and making any necessary corrections or amendments.
  • Liaising and coordinating with vendors, terminals, ports, and customs authorities to retrieve reports.
  • Coordinating with terminal operators and stevedores for Terminal Receipts and updating them in manifests.
  • Reconciling BKG vs SI with the help of Load lists, booking sheets, etc., at the end of each day before vessel finalization to ensure all ESI has been manifested.
  • To independently resolve customer queries related to their assigned tasks.
  • To actively participate in training peers in areas of function to broaden cross-functionality and create backups.


KSA & Skill Requirement
  • Shipping knowledge is essential.
  • Writing, speaking, creative, and multitasking skills are required.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Handling typical customers efficiently.


Experience & Qualification
  • Graduation preferably Master's degree.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the shipping sector.
