Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success and account management, with a proven track record of driving value realization and growth.

  • This involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • The role requires strong critical thinking skills to problem-solve and consult clients on the best approach to achieving their goals.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Drive value realization and growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to solve client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Act as an internal advocate for our clients, including identifying beta and referenceable clients.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal).
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effectively managing a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently.
  • Proven track record of successfully getting the BOB through renewals and mitigating churn.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt in the moment.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS applications.
  • Logistics experience is a plus.
