Human Resources Officer Job Description

We are seeking a Proactive HR Officer to join our team at Head Office in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and want to make a meaningful contribution to the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. They will also handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers. Additionally, they will manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices, and be knowledgeable about Pakistan labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of HR Officer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
