Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, and specifying project objectives and change requests received from internal and external stakeholders.

You will work directly with client and business stakeholders to develop process and requirement documentation arising from the client base and internally from the business. Your key responsibility will be to liaise closely with the development and testing teams to ensure expectations are managed and requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Map existing processes and control activity; identify opportunities for future enhancements.
  • Work closely with clients and internal business stakeholders to understand, elicit, and develop requirements for process & technical change.
  • Develop a deep understanding of current processes and system behavior to ensure optimal solutions are proposed in the responses and specifications.
  • Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the developments meet the specifications.
  • Manage the delivery of client change requests, including client expectations, timelines, schedules, and delivery dates.
  • Update the internal Change Management System to store all project and change documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the status of all discussions, agreements and any developments.
  • Author client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requests.
  • Conduct client and stakeholder engagements either remotely or onsite.
  • Analyses problems, thinks creatively, and makes effective decisions in the appropriate timescale.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn ill-defined opportunities and problems into clear strategic paths.
  • Creates a climate in which people want to do their best by providing appropriate challenge, support, and direction.
  • Seeks opportunities for collaborating and sharing best practices to maximize the commercial potential.
  • Contributes positively through clear communication, personal impact, and behavioral flexibility.
  • Confident in holding workshops with clients and internal stakeholders, either remotely or face-to-face.
  • Can create a positive atmosphere and influence clients and internal stakeholders to get things done.
  • Demonstrates leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  • Be able to produce Business Requirement Documentation (BRD), flow diagram, and have familiarity with or equivalent tools.
  • Can produce high-level and detailed business requirements and translate them into EPIC, Feature, User Story, and acceptance criteria.
