Job Title: Business System Analyst Specialist

About the Job:
This is a challenging opportunity for a senior system analyst to join our team. As a business system analyst specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review functional and design specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of individual deliverables
  • Monitor current procedures and practices for accomplishing group objectives and make recommendations for improved procedures and practices
  • Communicate with customers to analyze and document business requirements
  • Discuss and research business models for optimized solutions for new features and enhancements
  • Document the functional requirements and business objectives that correspond to the architecture, design, and user interface
  • Participate in design and specification review meetings to ensure all the functional and usability requirements are implemented
  • Facilitate meetings with the team to share the process and progress of items
  • Maintain project and client-specific matrix documents
  • Evaluate validated deliverables to ensure they meet functional and design specifications and requirements
  • Analyze data to apply it to business goals and analytical requirements such as capacity planning, volume forecasting, and unit costing
  • Demonstrate good listening and writing skills to comprehend detailed and in-depth analysis
  • Create audit checklists and processes for all functions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
  • Experience in requirement gathering and preparing analysis
  • Experience in managing task boards, conducting scrums, demos, sprint planning, and requirement grooming sessions
  • Knowledge of ADO and SQL Server to analyze data flow

Working Hours and Type:

Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (on-site)
