About the Role:

This position requires a seasoned technical leader to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical operations and project management, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for HVAC and amenities services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities, providing guidance to the team for efficient functioning and development of infrastructure.
  • Lead and manage projects related to HVAC and amenities, ensuring adherence to timelines and defined objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement quality control measures in HVAC and amenities-related processes, ensuring precision and compliance with international standards.
  • Manage budgets associated with HVAC and amenities services, controlling costs within agreed parameters to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and challenges, and maintain comprehensive records for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for enhancing HVAC and amenities infrastructure, ensuring reliability and sustainability of services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and international standards in HVAC, lifts, and amenities-related operations, implementing and enforcing safety measures to create a secure working environment.
  • Identify and assess risks under management/ownership, developing and implementing risk response strategies.
  • Monitor risks and response strategies under management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in technical operations and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience with budget management and cost control.
  • Knowledge of international standards and regulations in HVAC and amenities.
