We are seeking an experienced handyman to join our team. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and appliances.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and appliances
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems
  • Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance work
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi would be a plus)
  • Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks
