Job Title:

A Solar Project Facilitator is sought to oversee the efficient progression of solar projects through the utility application process.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate intake meetings with Land Sales teams.
  • Evaluate project documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Pursue utility applications and document progress according to established procedures.
  • Submit project applications to relevant utility companies.
  • Manage NES databases for all utility projects.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of business office experience.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Pro.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
