Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Central Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and a deep understanding of business trends and market analysis. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the Central Region.
  2. Conduct high-level client meetings, deliver powerful presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  3. Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
  4. Design and implement effective sales programs to increase awareness and positive perception of the organization.
  5. Prepare and compile strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, sales budget, forecast, and other required reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 7+ years of market experience in B2B Sales, preferably in HR, Banking, or Software Industry.
  • Prior experience in HR Consultancy is highly preferred.
