Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  1. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Acquire business through different channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour) and other platforms.
  3. Prior experience in bidding with a grip on Upwork is a must.
  4. Acquire business through outbound calling & email campaigns.
  5. Quality project selection and bidding.
  6. Write proposals and customize each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  7. Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, communication with clients, and closure.
  8. Gather client requirements, communicate them with the team, and deliver the project to the client.
  9. Maintain very high ratings on all platforms.
  10. Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and keep strong follow-ups.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  12. Qualify leads and set appointments with key decision-makers.
  13. Communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to better understand client needs.
  15. Work closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  16. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  17. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  18. Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals using Upwork and other freelancing mediums.
