Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual with a telecom background to oversee end-to-end invoicing, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and payments, using data tracking tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor Huawei portal for PO updates, changes, or discrepancies, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Update PO tracker reflecting new, modified, or canceled orders, providing transparency and visibility into our operations.
- Identify and resolve duplicate or conflicting entries in Huawei ISC portal, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Submit accurate and compliant invoices via Huawei ISC portal, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor payment receipts and update invoice statuses, ensuring seamless financial workflows.
- Maintain real-time revenue tracker for financial reporting and forecasting, providing valuable insights into our business performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for required documentation and approvals, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Coordinate with client-side teams to address billing issues or clarify PO status, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA), preferably with a focus on finance or accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in invoicing, finance operations, or order management, with a proven track record of success.
- Telecom industry experience is strongly preferred, as well as familiarity with Huawei ISC portal and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proficiency in data tracking tools and ability to work independently under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and effective communication and coordination skills.
