Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development and Strategy Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals with clients, and driving business growth through online lead generation and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, informing our business development efforts and product/service offerings.
  • Prepare sales contracts, adhering to law-established rules and guidelines while ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a strong focus on building long-term relationships and meeting minimum sales targets in USD per month.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other essential metrics to inform business decisions and drive future growth.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar domain, preferably in customer support or sales-related roles.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to close deals and meet minimum sales target in USD per month.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Bitrix 24).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
