As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support professionals and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective customer service strategies, including developing policies and procedures, managing customer expectations, and handling complex inquiries and complaints.

You will also be responsible for analyzing key management information to identify areas for improvement in customer service delivery and making recommendations for changes.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also play a key role in recruiting, training, and conducting performance reviews of new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer support.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • 2-4 years of managerial experience in a dynamic environment
  • High level of conversational English
  • Strong team building and result-driven skills
