Business Intelligence Analyst
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our ranks. This role will involve developing and implementing the Segments strategy and Portfolio, enabling the sales & distribution team to improve business health.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in development of prepaid segment strategy
  • Identify opportunity areas in our existing product portfolio
  • Conceive and develop new products to enhance customer engagement and revenues
  • Align product portfolio and customer communication to grow engagement
  • Plan and coordinate products, and interdepartmental product management
  • Perform in-depth analysis of product-wise subscribers
  • Create a granular level dashboard to support in more surgical interventions

Your Typical Day:
  • Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of assigned Commercial Business Unit's working, processes and Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain and update key data statistics through dashboards to help identify areas of concern and opportunity
  • Keep a close eye on subscription trends and highlight areas of actionability
  • Foresee challenges and its impacts on business and suggest ways to overcome these challenges
  • Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency
  • Maintain subscriber profiles on offers, i.e., the types of subscribers who are new/rollover/leavers
  • Pre and post-analysis on subscription uptake and subscriber behavior based on changes made
  • Perform adhoc analysis on different subscriber categories or offers
  • Build and keep track of Segments Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans
  • Special project planning and executions

Career Path:
Lateral or Vertical growth in BI & Analytics, Brands, Pricing, Segments, Channel

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Able to analyze, understand, and recommend solutions to complex problems
  • Process-oriented approach towards problem-solving
  • Sufficient telecom business knowledge
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work well in a pressure situation, self-motivated and flexible
  • Organized and able to manage several projects and/or activities at a time
