About This Role

This position involves understanding and implementing comprehensive customer due diligence standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures within the organization's compliance team. Key responsibilities include managing confidential client data, collecting and verifying customer information, and reviewing processes to meet quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement comprehensive customer due diligence standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data.
  • Understand and complete customer documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Review processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Interpret alerts and communicate with management as needed.
  • Collaborate with the support office to complete cases efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, control, risk, AML, or research.
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
