We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team and contribute to the success of our Truck Dispatching campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to truck dispatching services, providing timely assistance and resolving customer inquiries
  • Work closely with truck drivers to ensure efficient dispatching services, meeting or exceeding efficiency metrics
  • Collaborate with the dispatching team to maintain smooth operations and achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative, Sales Representative, or similar customer service role
  • Strong American accent required for effective communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations, ensuring seamless customer support
