Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in call center operations through live monitoring and recording systems.

You will identify training needs for sales teams and communicate these needs to the training department. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback to call center team leaders and managers on performance and quality.

Work closely with the QA Manager to anticipate training needs, client requirements, and develop plans to meet these needs.

Track employee performance to identify trends and ensure that employees meet sales and performance goals.

Ensure that call center employees provide accurate and complete information to callers.

Provide feedback to telemarketers by monitoring calls and conducting daily help sessions.

Develop and implement new quality initiatives and models to improve overall quality.

Requirements:
  • Effective Listening and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Prior experience in Outbound Call Center is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs/VLOOKUP).
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
