B2B Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a talented B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. As a B2B Marketer, you will be involved in handling marketing efforts for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer success management.

About the Role:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Work together with the sales and lead generation team to execute campaigns.
  • Know how to utilise demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles.
  • Use HubSpot for segmenting audiences and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with customers.
  • Develop clear and targeted messaging based on value propositions.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in using HubSpot across all marketing-relevant functions.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, focusing on services.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Hands-on experience with digital media, including display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with customers.
  • Can offer a wide range of go-to-market tactics.
  • Proficient in G Suite.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to prioritise tasks independently and proactively.
  • Effective communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Team player.
Desired Skills:
  • Working experience in the consulting/services industry.
  • Content writing and experience in graphic design/using Adobe Acrobat are a plus.
