As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Resolves customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product range, policies, and procedures to accurately address customer inquiries.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
