Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolves customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product range, policies, and procedures to accurately address customer inquiries.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
