Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent English language skills with an American or British accent.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment (preferable).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
