Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

This is a critical role within the finance team that will oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and experience with QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording journal entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and employee reimbursements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws
  • Maintain and organize financial records for audit and review
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required
  • Support payroll processing and related compliance matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA Inter/ICMA preferred)
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
