This role is an exciting opportunity to work as a Specialist, Client Delivery and make a positive impact on our clients' experiences. Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing quality support and advice to Relationship Managers (RMs) within all lending units located in Pakistan on all documentation related matters.
  2. Delivering exceptional service and advice to corporate clients in all interactions, from channel activation pre-transactional enquiries/setup to trainings and other channel-related issues.
  3. Performing end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Integrated Middle Office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  4. Engaging clients throughout the process, maintaining open communication and ensuring their needs are met.
  5. Owning and driving execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service and achieve timely results.
  6. Providing insight and suggestions to improve processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate.
  7. Undertaking ad-hoc duties as delegated by Line Manager and Country Head of Integrated Middle Office.
  8. Creating Customer Due Diligence for New Clients & Review of Customer Due Diligence for Existing Clients and performing regulatory onboarding activities.
  9. Driving GIC and network onboarding processes.
  10. Conducting checks on Customer Due Diligence as applicable.
  11. Responding and clearing queries from Checkers / Other Specialists / Business CRM in a timely manner.
  12. Working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders effectively within the end-to-end Customer Due Diligence process.
  13. Ensuring strong due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality.
  14. Ensuring correctness of documentation prior to any dispensation from the Bank.
