As a Mid-Senior level Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth on Upwork.
Responsibilities- Bid strategically and create winning proposals to secure projects on Upwork.
- Engage with potential clients to build long-term relationships and bring in consistent business.
- Qualify and manage a pipeline of leads generated through Upwork, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
- Develop tailored proposals that effectively showcase your capabilities and align with client needs.
- Optimize your Upwork profile to improve visibility and attract high-value clients.
- Analyze trends, competitors, and client requirements to refine your bidding strategies and maximize success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Upwork, including bidding, project acquisition, and client handling.
- Demonstrated success in securing projects and meeting business targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and align services to their requirements.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM systems, and other project management tools.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with software development or IT services will be a plus.
