About the Role:

Our team is seeking highly organized and communicative professionals to serve as primary points of contact for new customers during their implementation phase. This role requires excellent collaboration skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a clear understanding of what success looks like for both our customers and our organization. They will demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure. In addition, they will be proficient in Salesforce and data analysis, with a strong business background that includes project management, account management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase.
  • Guide new customers through initial hardware/software setup and system training.
  • Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure adoption and timely activation.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Handle a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries.
  • Build customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis.
  • Clear understanding of what success looks like for customers and the organization.
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism.
