As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
Job Overview- This is a full-time/part-time on-site position for a Customer Support Representative located in Islamabad.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will handle high-volume calls and emails, provide solutions to customer complaints, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
- Provide accurate and timely product information.
- Solve customer complaints and provide alternative solutions within established timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in an IT Services environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
