Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality Assurance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our Quality Management System, providing independent verification that our quality policy is being observed, and maintaining our Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:1994 and company policy
  • Providing support and guidance to other managers in the operation of the Quality Management System
  • Implementing corrective actions on a timely and effective basis
  • Handling customer complaints professionally
  • Assisting in establishing statistical process control measurement and reporting
  • Supporting continuing improvement processes within the organization
  • Resolving disputes related to quality matters
  • Representing management on quality-related issues
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Textile or Quality Assurance
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in Quality Assurance in a weaving unit
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
