    • Manage and support remote access solutions for distributed teams ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.">
    • Secure Microsoft 365 environment by configuring security policies, user access permissions, MFA, and email filtering.">

    Remote Hardware Support:

    • ">
    • Maintain and support remote hardware systems including servers, routers, and other networking devices deployed at various locations.">
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues remotely using remote management tools to diagnose and fix problems without on-site intervention.">
    • Configure and deploy remote network monitoring tools to track hardware performance and proactively identify potential failures.">
    • Ensure remote hardware is configured with adequate security settings including encrypted communication and access controls.">
    • Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft 365 applications including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other services.">

    Incident Response & Resolution:

    • Act as the first point of contact for security incidents performing root cause analysis and developing long-term solutions.">
    • Coordinate with the IT team and other stakeholders to contain and mitigate security breaches or network failures.">
    • Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions for critical systems to ensure business continuity.">
    • Handle Microsoft 365-related incidents including service disruptions, account compromise, phishing attempts, and access issues.">

    Documentation & Reporting:
