Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role will involve working in a fast-paced laboratory environment, providing exceptional patient service and ensuring accurate test results.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Process laboratory tests and provide test-related information to patients
  • Handover lab test reports to patients
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Confirm test requirements with patients and give necessary information for specimen collection
  • Handle telephone enquiries and patient appointments

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • One year work experience as a Receptionist or equivalent experience in a reputable laboratory or hospital
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts
