Radiology Medical Officer

The Department of Radiology provides advanced diagnostic services using state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring patient comfort and quality results.
- Welcome patients at the reception/department, greeting them and addressing their needs
- Schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments for procedures
- Prepare reports of No-Show Appointments
- Handle cash payments from patients and maintain accurate records on computer via Radiology Information System/Integrated Laboratory Management System (ILMS)
- Print online radiology requests and call patients from inpatient areas & Emergency Department for procedures
- Provide necessary information over the telephone and/or transfer calls to concerned persons
This role requires excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, and ability to handle cash and maintain accounts. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of related work experience, good interpersonal skills, and telephonic manners. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
