Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts receivable and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections or customer-facing roles and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role involves managing customer inquiries, addressing billing concerns, and ensuring timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances.
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate period cutoffs.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfilment teams to drive business growth.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for collections processes.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS collections and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Familiarity with Zuora, Salesforce, and Collections software.
