Join our team of skilled finance professionals as a Credit Manager. We are seeking an exceptional individual to support the back-office operations of a logistics client in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices across client accounts to maintain strong relationships and optimize cash flow.
  • Manage inbound queries related to billing, payments, and account disputes ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the UK operations team to provide regular updates on balances and collections ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and issue updated statements as needed ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and resolved issues to inform future decision making.
  • Identify high-risk accounts and propose escalation paths for overdue invoices ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Contribute to reporting on cash collections, aged receivables, and performance KPIs providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements and turnaround times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit control or AR query management with a focus on B2B clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English language.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international clients especially those based in the UK is highly desirable.
Working Hours
  • Aligned with standard UK working hours 12 PM – 9 PM PKT.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required during month-end or critical follow-up periods.
