Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth and expanding market share through strategic planning and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to increase sales revenue
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing of chemicals or related industries.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bsc or advanced degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is also beneficial.
