Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Onboarding:
    • Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
    • Provide clear instructions and explanations to facilitate successful account setup and document submission.
  2. Customer Support:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase, keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the process.
  3. Education & Guidance:
    • Explain complex concepts and processes in a clear and concise manner, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
    • Offer personalized product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information in CRM tools or company databases.
    • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards, protecting sensitive customer information.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive or sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.
  • Attributes: A customer-centric approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
