Key Responsibilities:- Customer Onboarding:
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Provide clear instructions and explanations to facilitate successful account setup and document submission.
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase, keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Education & Guidance:
- Explain complex concepts and processes in a clear and concise manner, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
- Offer personalized product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information in CRM tools or company databases.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards, protecting sensitive customer information.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive or sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.
