About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial part in driving commercial excellence and expansion within our platform. This position involves strategic account management, vendor onboarding, and operational excellence.

  • ">
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with vendors to facilitate onboarding and resolve issues.">
  • Responsible for onboardings of various shops/restaurants across different locations.">
  • Collaborate closely with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks.">
  • Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate interest in our platform.">
  • Oversee newly onboarded vendors, focusing on commercial performance, internal tools, and special projects.">
  • Develop vendors after acquisition, maximizing their potential through support during onboarding and incubation processes.">
  • Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.">
  • Foster collaboration among teams to provide a seamless vendor experience and high-quality service.">
  • Daily visits to fields to ensure proper onboarding of targeted shops.">
  • Bring remaining strategic brands onto our platform, ensuring no category is missed in assigned regions.">
  • Maintain inventory logs and update records on Salesforce.">

Key Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or FMCG sales.">
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.">
  • Negotiation skills.">
