We are seeking a key leader to drive growth and expansion in institutional sales for our blockchain project. This high-impact role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial individual with deep capital markets expertise and a proven track record in institutional sales.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to shape and execute sales strategies, build investor relationships, and contribute to the long-term success of our project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to grow institutional assets under management/treasury value locked (AUM/TVL)
  • Build and Manage Institutional Sales Team: Assemble and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on institutional investors
  • Drive Outbound Sales Efforts: Develop and execute targeted sales initiatives targeting hedge funds, family offices, venture capital firms, and crypto-native investors
  • Create and Maintain Sales Materials: Design and update sales collateral and institutional onboarding infrastructure
  • Track and Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market developments, investor needs, and feedback to refine sales approaches
Requirements
  • Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in institutional sales (hedge funds, family offices, VCs, crypto operators) and deep capital markets expertise in major financial centers
  • Digital Assets Expertise: 2+ years of experience in digital assets, crypto, or Web3
  • Growth Experience: Proven ability to scale AUM/TVL growth in startups or high-growth projects
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
