- Develop and implement region-specific business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Commercial Planning, Pricing, Brands, CVM, Technology, and Business Analytics.
- Monitor regional trends and competition to identify opportunities and proactively adapt.
- Define and analyze target customer segments; use insights to shape commercial plans.
- Collaborate on personalized, high-impact regional marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Work with product teams to adapt offerings based on regional segment needs.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Able to interpret complex data and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales, and marketing strategy.
- Agile and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads and drive collective results.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar field.
- Qualification such as MBA, BBA, BCS, or MCS.
