Business Operations Manager Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to support our Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

This role involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on execution to contribute to our overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Company Incorporation: Register companies in regulatory bodies and file annual statutory forms, including financial statements.
  • Registration of Trusts and Societies: Register trusts and societies in relevant authorities, such as the Registrar of Firms, Charity Commission, and Securities Exchange Commission.
  • Filing of Event-Based Forms: File event-based statutory forms, such as annual returns and notices, for companies registered in various jurisdictions.
  • Financial Statement Filing: File audited and unaudited financial statements for all companies under our management.
  • Handling Show Cause Notices: Handle show cause notices, proceedings, and winding-up of companies as per regulatory requirements.
