Key Business Development and Operations Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a key business development and operations role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and counseling the business operations, providing proactive, professional, competent, effective and creative legal support.

This role requires someone with excellent negotiation and drafting skills, as well as strong business sense, to effectively work with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a related field and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and counsel business operations to provide proactive, professional, competent, effective and creative legal support.
  2. Work closely with functional groups such as Sales, Data & Analytics and Content team to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives.
  3. Strategically build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity.
  4. Monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalating issues as needed.
  5. Compile campaign analysis and custom recap reports for clients.
  6. Contribute to improving team resources such as sales and process materials.
  7. Assist CEO and CFO on setting up business establishment.
  8. Report on weekly performance numbers (audience/commercial).
  9. Represent the organization in the marketplace.
  10. Create opportunities around branding, collaborations, and commercial initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
  3. Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  6. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
