
Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Bidder Specialist to join our team. As a Freelance Bidder Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include acquiring business through various channels, prioritizing project selection and bidding, and writing proposals customized to each project's needs.
Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize opportunities, meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is a must, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and highly motivated and results-driven are essential qualities for this role.
Proficiency in CRM systems and automation marketing tools is compulsory, and proven ability to work on freelancing platforms is a significant advantage.
