Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Compliance Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system across the business.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001. The successful candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that meets ISO standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and maintain an audit schedule to ensure compliance.
  • Identify areas of risk and develop internal controls to mitigate against them.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Train and educate staff on ISO 9001 and the quality management system.
  • Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in ISO Standards and Compliance at a management level.
  • UKAS accredited Certification Body Management is desirable.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • APM PFQ, PMQ, or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, with a willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion.
  • Experience managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 is desirable.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce written reports to a high standard.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Team player who demonstrates a high level of integrity.
