Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of organizational charts and job descriptions, as well as the design and evaluation of organizational structures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and must be proficient in the use of MS Office and computer software. Salary: 30k to 50k per year with a subsidy bonus ranging from 5,000 to 9,000.
Beyond salary, the role offers overtime bonuses and rotational days off on Saturdays or Sundays. Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Organizational Charts and Job Descriptions: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational charts and job descriptions to ensure effective communication within the organization.
- Organizational Design and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate the organizational structure to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Recruitment and Selection
• Prepare and submit HR plans at the end of each month outlining recruitment needs and strategies.
• Advertise job openings through various channels and collect CVs for review.
• Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, tests, and final interviews to select suitable candidates. Set up salaries and conduct reference checks before offering job letters to selected applicants.
• Deliver orientation sessions by distributing orientation files and implementing orientation plans. - Discipline Management
• Investigate cases related to worker discipline such as absence without leave, security breaches, and theft, and take necessary disciplinary actions.
• Issue show-cause notices to employees involved in misconduct and terminate employment if necessary.
