We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our training strategy and enhance employee capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the evolving needs of the business, utilizing best practices in instructional design and learning principles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement within teams and departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate advanced training sessions and workshops, employing innovative instructional techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data to inform improvements and innovations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development within the Learning and Development function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with instructional design and familiarity with current learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
