Restaurant Operations Supervisor

This role oversees the total operations of the restaurant in the absence of senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing profit and loss across all aspects of the business.
  • Hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure exceptional service and quality food preparation.
  • Ensuring daily safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
Additional Responsibilities

The supervisor is responsible for these areas whether on or off premises, ensuring seamless operations at all times. This includes:

  • Communicating company policies and procedures to all team members.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, repair, and upkeep of the building and equipment.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Lead the restaurant effectively while senior staff is not present.
  • Monitor and develop new employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with labor management costs and reduce product loss through effective inventory control.
  • Manage time efficiently and meet all job responsibilities.
