Our organization is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sales, Service & Experience Clouds, along with experience in Apex & LWC. They will be responsible for developing custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform, involving designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features.

The developer will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to standards and best practices (e.g., source code control, code reviews).
  • Coordinate the team's daily technical activities.
  • Participate in platform architecture discussions to align with client strategies.
  • Interact with the Project Manager, provide feedback on progress, alert risks, and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement best practices for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid platforms to meet client needs.
  • Mentor junior platform consultants and lead client-facing platform optimization efforts.
  • Map business requirements to platform features following best practices.
  • Know various third-party apps available on the platform marketplace.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and grooming sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex, LWC, and integration skills.
  • Proficiency in writing Apex classes, controllers, and triggers for complex business logic.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, including HTTP callouts, REST/SOAP, Platform Events, WebSocket, and Change Data Capture.
  • Expertise in building scalable, dynamic Lightning Web Components with Lightning Design System.
  • Familiarity with Visualforce pages for legacy applications (good to have).
  • Experience in designing and optimizing Salesforce Flows for automation.
  • Ability to configure security settings, including sharing rules, permission sets, and role-based access.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud for portals and communities.
  • Understanding of declarative and programmatic development; hands-on with Omnistudio is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex platform issues.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools and problem-solving strategies.
  • Expertise in asynchronous programming (Apex @future, Queueable, Batch Apex, JavaScript Promises, async/await).
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and writing clean, best-practice code.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools like Change Sets and familiarity with Packaging.
  • Good to have familiarity with Salesforce Industry (Health), Agentforce, and related tools.
  • Expertise in data migration, extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Business knowledge or tool expertise in financial and billing domains is a plus.
