You will bridge critical communication gaps by providing direct support in both Spanish and English, guaranteeing successful platform implementation for Mexican and Spanish-speaking restaurants.About This Role

You will act as the main liaison for new restaurant partners from contract signature through successful platform implementation. Your primary objective is to ensure that these partners receive tailored training sessions based on their unique operational models, empowering them to utilize our comprehensive and fully integrated solution to efficiently manage all aspects of their businesses.

• You will conduct regular onboarding calls and meetings with restaurant partners, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to address any concerns or questions they may have.
• You will configure account settings and assist customers in customizing the platform to match their workflows, thereby maximizing its potential benefits.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Software teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, fostering open communication and driving business growth.
• You will track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to keep clients on schedule for go-live, guaranteeing timely and successful implementation.
• You will educate customers on platform best practices and feature utilization to ensure adoption and long-term satisfaction, cultivating a loyal client base.
• You will identify potential risks, gaps, or delays in the onboarding process and implement solutions proactively, mitigating the risk of project setbacks.
• You will provide structured feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding tools, documentation, and customer experience, continuously enhancing our services.

Requirements

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking restaurant partners in the United States.
• Equivalent work experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry may be considered in place of formal education.
• 0-2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or support—preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Prior experience working in or closely with the restaurant or hospitality industry (e.g., as a manager, server, chef, or in tech support for hospitality systems).
• Familiarity with restaurant technology tools such as POS systems, online ordering platforms, inventory or scheduling software is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Aircall, Asana).
• Ability to analyze and streamline onboarding processes using automation tools, templates, and conditional logic.
• Comfortable setting up automated communications, data syncing between systems, or onboarding task sequences.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software platforms and the ability to guide users through system setup and best practices.
• Basic understanding of APIs or data mapping is a plus but not required.
